  1. The Promoter of the prize draw is Macmillan Learning, Level 1/15-19 Claremont Street, South Yarra, VIC 3141, Australia.
  2. The Prize Draw is not open to employees or agents of Macmillan Publishers Limited or any other company in the same group of companies as Macmillan Publishers Limited or anyone else connected to the Prize Draw and/or their immediate family.
  3. All participants in the Macmillan Learning – ANZ Psychology survey who submit responses by 8th August 2018 will have the option to be included in the Prize Draw. The winning entry will be selected randomly by the Promoter from all valid entries on 8th August, 2018.
  4. The prize for each of the five lucky winners is a $50 Coles & Myer Gift Card.
  5. The winners will be notified by email on the 15th August, using the email address provided in their response to the survey. The winners must reply to that email within 30 days of receipt. If no response is received, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.
  6. In the event of a dispute over who submitted a winning entry, the Authorised Account Holder of the email account used to participate in the draw at the time of entry, will be deemed to be the entrant.
  7. The Promoter's decision is final and we will not discuss the decision with you.
  8. The prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The Promoter will endeavor to send prizes within 14 days of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
  9. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value following the commencement date of the Prize Draw.
  10. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the Prize Draw or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Prize Draw without giving advance notice or disqualify any entrant at any time and will do so if it cannot be guaranteed that the Prize Draw can be carried out correctly for technical or legal reasons or if the Promoter suspects that any person has been tampering with the entry process including if an automated entry or voting mechanism is used.
  12. Each winner is responsible for any tax implications arising from winning a prize.
  13. Where the prize is awarded in the form of a gift card, voucher, letter or book, the Promoter will not be liable for any gift card, voucher, letter or book that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
  14. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any time does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  15. The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the Prize Draw in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy. The Promoter may disclose entrants' personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting the Prize Draw or communicating with entrants. Entrants accept that if they win, the Promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name for the purposes of announcing the winners of the Prize Draw.
  16. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
  17. The Prize Draw is void where prohibited by local law and entrants from these countries will not be eligible to win the prize.
  18. Participation demonstrates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms are subject to Australia law.
