Print Returns

Returns are only accepted for faulty, damaged, or incorrect print items. If your return fits into this category, please email the details through to macmillanHE@macmillaneducation.com.au and request your return.

NOTE: we do not accept print format returns for change of mind or when a product is purchased by the customer in error.

eBook Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it. To qualify for a refund, you will have to meet the following criteria:
1. You have not viewed or printed, in total, more than twenty percent (20%) of the VitalSource eBook in question
2. You have not used any included access codes for any online resources that came with your eBook purchase.
3. You have not previously returned the same eBook from a prior purchase
4. You have not returned more a total of 3 or more eBooks in the past 90 days.
